The ozone generator is installed horizontally and can be directly placed on the ground, installed on a foundation, or fixed on a rack; Due to its horizontal installation and easy inspection and maintenance by observing the sealing plate at the end.

The Zhiwei ozone generator consists of the following parts: gas source inlet and distribution chamber; High voltage distribution is installed in the gas source inlet distribution room to provide electrical energy to the ozone generation unit: generator body, ozone discharge body installed inside; oxygen outlet collection room: cooling water chamber, isolated from the generator tank body and sealed stainless steel pipes welded at both ends as the cooling water chamber, cooling input and outlet pipelines: discharge body installed in stainless steel pipe; tank body as the grounding electrode;

Part of the energy that cannot produce ozone is converted into heat energy and released, which must be carried away by sufficient flow of cooling water through the cooling water chamber. The ozone generator operates under the conditions of 7000V voltage and 800HZ frequency. The selection of this parameter is not only to provide optimized conditions for efficient generation of ozone, but also due to a safe and reliable design concept. The discharge voltage of 7000V greatly reduces power shock and ensures a longer service life of the discharge body. The generator is designed to work continuously for 24 hours, and each unit is pre installed with relevant instruments and valves. The ozone generator is fully integrated and installed. The pipes, valves, instruments, and cables are installed on the generator before leaving the factory, and the entire system has been tested in the factory.
